Situated in Al Jada, a district of Muweilah in Sharjah, Sarab 2, a residential haven, is nestled within Arada’s fresh development, Al Jada. The site extends over an area of 60,000 square meters.
In the context of a broad scope, logistics played a pivotal role. The project was segmented into six distinct zones, each managed by a dedicated team. This strategic approach enabled us to accomplish the full superstructure within a five-month timeframe.
The cornerstone of our efficiency is standardization. As evident in the video, we endeavor to streamline all villas into a select few archetypes, effectively eliminating any superfluous elements.
