Beach Centre with RAQ.

We’re proud to announce that RAQ Contracting has been awarded the renovation of the Beach Centre, a landmark community mall along Jumeirah Beach Road, owned by Dubai Real Estate Centre, a subsidiary of A.R.M. Holding.

The project includes the complete renovation of the Beach Centre building, a B+G+1 car park building, and surface parking works, with a total built-up area of approximately 20,000 m². Designed by DAR AL OMRAN – Architectural & Engineering Consultants, the redevelopment will transform this community hub into a modern and vibrant destination.

This award underscores RAQ’s ongoing commitment to redefining construction through quality, precision, and innovation, contributing to Dubai’s ever-evolving architectural landscape.
